Celebrate the month of May in an extraordinary style with Chef Kim McLendon as she presents a beautifully curated cooking show designed to inspire an elegant and unforgettable Mother’s Day!

The experience begins with a stunning seasonal starter - delicate strawberry and goat cheese bruschetta finished with a luscious raspberry balsamic reduction.

For the centerpiece, Chef Kim showcases a luxurious chicken entrée paired with butter-poached lobster and a velvety, creamy Champagne sauce served alongside roasted fingerling potatoes and vibrant sautéed spinach.

To conclude the menu on a refreshing and graceful note, guests will enjoy a light blueberry lemon cake trifle layered with bright citrus and lots of flavor prepared by our pastry chef, Christine. A perfect way to honor the mothers and remarkable women who make life so special.
