His marketing experience coupled with his superb work ethic plays a vital role in the success of our player development team. So passionate in fact, Mike often visits other casinos during his vacations. He strives to deliver personalized service to each guest he encounters and works toward making sure each guest has a memorable experience.

After serving for 7 years in the US Navy, John received his honorable discharge from where he was stationed in Groton CT.  Shortly after that, Mohegan Pennsylvania opened and John took a job doing Security.  8 months later he became a Table Games Dealer and moved up in that department. In March of 2010, John transferred to Mohegan Pennsylvania where he taught a variety of core Table Games. John then went on to become a Table Games Shift Manager for the past 9 years, and has since transitioned to become a Player Development Executive.  John has been with Mohegan Sun for over 23 years and has taken great pride in his Guests Service skills.  John is a loyal Buffalo Bills fan and loves spending time with his family.
