Join Chef Kim McLendon for an inviting November culinary experience celebrating the rich, comforting flavors of the autumn season. This beautifully curated menu brings together seasonal ingredients, classic techniques, and Chef Kim’s signature approach to approachable yet elevated cooking.
Begin with a velvety Autumn Bisque, thoughtfully layered with seasonal flavors and warm autumn aromatics.
For the entrée, Chef Kim presents a beautifully prepared Turkey Roulade, paired with silky Duchess Sweet Potatoes, tender Sautéed Carrots, and a vibrant Cranberry Chutney that adds the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
To finish, enjoy a delicate Orange-Cranberry Scone, combining bright citrus with tart cranberries for a sophisticated seasonal finale.
A wine pairing of the Chef’s choice will be served alongside dinner.
