NEPA Philharmonic Battle of the Bands - Qualifier Events

Nine bands will be selected to perform in Breakers and compete for the final spot in the NEPA Philharmonic Battle of the Bands competition on Saturday, January 31st! 

Online submissions will be accepted from November 10th to November 26th.
