For the main event, feast on a beautiful Beef Tenderloin Roulade stuffed with spinach, roasted red peppers & fontina cheese & topped with a port wine demiglace. Your entrée will be accompanied by grilled asparagus & smashed red potatoes.
For dessert, you'll enjoy a satisfyingly sweet Strawberry Shortcake. Your meal will be perfectly paired with chef’s choice red wine.
