This feast starts with a French Onion Soup. The main course is Beef Wellington with Mushroom Duxelle and Prosciutto in a Port Wine Reduction with Fingerling Potatoes & Sautéed Spinach. For dessert, the pastry chef has crafted Homemade Chocolate Pecan Pie. The chef will select the perfect wine.
