The night begins with a Champagne Toast and Jumbo Lump Crab Stuffed Shrimp with a Lemon Beurre Blanc. The main course is a Peppercorn Crusted Filet Mignon with Butter Poached Lobster Tail. For dessert, the pastry chef will serve Strawberry Champagne Cake. The wine pairing for the evening is Los Señores Cabernet Sauvignon.
