The night begins with a Champagne Toast and Jumbo Lump Crab Stuffed Shrimp with a Lemon Beurre Blanc. The main course is a Peppercorn Crusted Filet Mignon with Butter Poached Lobster Tail. For dessert, the pastry chef will serve Strawberry Champagne Cake. Chef Kim will pair the perfect wine to complement this decadent holiday meal.
